So, I was in the new cafeteria today and I saw the cutest seeing eye puppy so I decided to go one their website to find some info on it! Seeingeye.org has everything you want to know about seeing eye puppies and all the services available for people who have lost their vision. The site is organized with links describing anything you want of need to know about the seeing eye program. The website emphasizes the reason behind seeing eye puppies and how beneficial the puppies are to people who are blind. The site shows you how you can become a seeing eye dog trainer and how to adopt a puppy.
This website is extremely easy to use. The links are self-explanatory and it is easy to find answers to all the questions you might have. I thought the link about the mission of the program was very informative and touching. The program is really focused on helping improve other people’s lives and I love the message that they send.
Im in the program, and actually want to bring him to class one day. The application process is comming up, if anyone is interested, the deadline is Nov. 30th at 4:00. http://www.rowan.edu/ruff has some info. I love my dog, its an awesome program and it really does give a lot of blind people independence.
